No! While Emily specializes in coaching our road runners, Madison specializes in coaching our trail / ultra-trail runners, and other endurance sport athletes. She’s here to help you create the perfect personalized training plan for your next adventure or race!

Yes! We coach athletes training for everything from the mile to the marathon. Even sometimes hybrid athletes, or triathletes!

We use Google Sheets to deliver your plans. You’ll have access to your training log where you’ll find session details in a weekly column. This allows us and the athlete to write in notes and adjust things as needed.

Absolutely not. We coach athletes of all levels, from beginners to competitive runners, who are excited to show up, work hard, and grow.
